Kabxi – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kabxi, we value your time and trust. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly across all our services—app-based cab bookings, self-drive rentals, and subscription plans.

1. Cab Bookings (App & Phone Bookings)
Free Cancellation
Cancel your cab ride at least 30 minutes before pickup – No charges apply.
Late Cancellation
If canceled within 30 minutes of scheduled pickup, a ₹100 cancellation fee or 10% of the estimated fare (whichever is higher) will be charged.
Driver Delay or No-Show
If the driver is delayed by more than 20 minutes from the scheduled time, and you choose to cancel, no cancellation charge will apply.
Instant Bookings (Immediate Rides)
Cancellations after driver assignment will incur a flat ₹50 fee.

2. Self-Drive Car Rentals
Free Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
Late Cancellation
If canceled within 24 hours of pickup, 50% of the rental fee will be charged.
No-Show
If you do not collect the vehicle at the allotted time and fail to cancel, no refund will be issued.
Note: Kabxi does not charge a security deposit, but an original ID document is required during pickup.

3. ₹20/Day Subscription Plans
(For Two-Wheelers, Three-Wheelers, and Local Taxis)
Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused days.
These low-cost plans are designed to offer high value at minimal cost.

4. Refund Timelines
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to banking or payment gateway issues.

5. How to Cancel
Via Kabxi App: Go to “My Bookings” > Select Ride > Tap “Cancel”.

6. Force Majeure & Exceptional Cases
Cancellations due to natural calamities, emergencies, or political unrest will be evaluated case-by-case, and cancellation fees may be waived.
